What is a Fill-Up?
A Fill-Up refers to each time you use your Galela card to purchase fuel. Each Fill-Up can be 5 to 80 litres, depending on how much fuel you need at a fuel station. When swiping or using your Galela card to purchase fuel, you use a Fill-Up each time, meaning if you have 3 Fill-Ups and go to a fuel station 2 times (regardless if you get a full tank or not), you will be left with 1 Fill-Up in your Galela card (which can be topped up).

How to top up your Fill-Ups?
When your Fill-Ups have been depleted you can always top them up again. To top up your Galela Fill-Ups simply select the option to do so on the website header or on your account page, you have a limited number of times you can top up your Fill-Ups per month (based on your package), this is to ensure fair usage. The fee you pay upon signing up is your first top up per package chosen.
